Terms and Conditions: Travel Business Landlord Clients and Affiliates.
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the services provided by Travel Business Landlord ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of our services as a client or affiliate. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.
Client Terms and Conditions:
1.1 Booking and Payments:
1.1.1 By making a booking through Travel Business Landlord, you acknowledge that all bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions set by our travel partners (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
1.1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. Payment methods accepted will be communicated to you during the booking process.
1.1.3 All Payments made are non-refundable. Additional fees may be charged for any changes made after the booking is confirmed.
1.2 Travel Documentation:
1.2.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documentation, such as passports, visas (we can only assist, we are not responsible for visa wait times and approvals), and health certificates, before your travel dates. Travel Business Landlord will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.
1.3 Travel Insurance:
1.3.1 We highly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Travel Business Landlord can assist to provide travel insurance, but you are responsible for securing your own coverage.
1.4 Liability:
1.4.1 Travel Business Landlord acts as an intermediary between you and our travel partners. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided, we do not warrant or guarantee the performance, suitability, or quality of the services provided by our travel partners or staff.
1.4.2 We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by the acts or omissions of our travel partners, staff or any third parties.
1.5 Intellectual Property:
1.5.1 All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on Travel Business Landlord's website and materials are the property of the Media Waves Network (Registered In Nigeria). You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our prior written consent.
Travel Business Landlord is a Media Waves Network (Registered In Nigeria) initiative.
Affiliate Terms and Conditions:
2.1 Application and Approval:
2.1.1 To become a travel affiliate of Travel Business Landlord, you must sign up and provide accurate and complete information.
2.1.2 We reserve the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at our sole discretion, without providing a reason for rejection and also terminate affiliate business set up.
2.2 Affiliate Responsibilities:
2.2.1 As an affiliate, you agree to promote Travel Business Landlord's services in a professional and ethical manner.
2.2.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
2.3 Commission and Payments:
2.3.1 As an affiliate, you will be eligible to earn commissions on successful referrals made through your unique affiliate links or codes.
2.3.2 Commission rates, payment schedules, and payment methods will be decided by Travel Business Landlord.
2.3.3 Commissions will be paid based on the terms and conditions set by Travel Business Landlord.
2.4 Intellectual Property:
2.4.1 You acknowledge that all intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and promotional materials, provided by Travel Business Landlord remains the property of the Company.
2.4.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the provided promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Travel Business Landlord's services.
2.5 Termination:
2.5.1 Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party via email.
2.5.2 Upon termination, you must cease using all promotional materials and remove any references to Travel Business Landlord from your platforms.
General Terms and Conditions:
3.1 Modifications to the Agreement:
3.1.1 We reserve the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our store. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.
3.2 Privacy:
3.2.1 Signing up with us means you agree to the use of your personal information.
By using our services as a client or affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Payments are to be made via Selar or Media Waves Network Bank account.
