1. Introduction
By purchasing the Travel Business Landlord Travel Conference Package to Canada (hereinafter referred to as "the Package"), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. The Package is designed to pair attendees with access to a legit conference, a visitor visa guide to enable attendees to apply themselves and save costs, and an LMIA-verified job opportunity.
2. Package Inclusions
The Package includes the following components:
Access to a relevant conference in Canada.
A visitor visa guide to assist applicants in applying for a Canadian visitor visa.
Information and assistance in applying for an LMIA-verified job opportunity in Canada.
3. Travel Business Landlord's Role
Travel Business Landlord's role in the Package is to facilitate the pairing of applicants with an appropriate conference, provide a visitor visa guide for self-application, and offer information and support for applying to an LMIA-verified job. Travel Business Landlord does not directly provide accommodation, flights, or other travel-related services.
4. Conference Access
Travel Business Landlord will match attendees with a conference relevant to their interests and industry. The choice of conference is subject to availability and discretion of Travel Business Landlord within ten working business days.
5. Visitor Visa Guide
The visitor visa guide included in the Package provides general information and guidelines on how to apply for a Canadian visitor visa. It is the responsibility of the applicant to follow the guide and submit their own visa application. Travel Business Landlord does not guarantee the approval of visa applications and is not responsible for any visa rejections.
6. LMIA-Verified Job Opportunity
The Package includes information and assistance in applying for an LMIA-verified job opportunity in Canada. Travel Business Landlord will provide guidance on the application process, but the applicant is solely responsible for completing the application and adhering to Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
7. Accommodation and Flight
Accommodation and flight expenses are not included in the Package. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and transportation to and from the conference location.
8. Payment and Refunds
Payments are non-refundable unless Travel Business Landlord fails to fulfill its obligations outlined in the Package.
9. Liability
Travel Business Landlord shall not be liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses incurred by attendees as a result of attending the conference, applying for a visitor visa, or pursuing the LMIA-verified job opportunity.
10. Changes and Cancellations
Travel Business Landlord reserves the right to modify or cancel the Package, including changing the conference, due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives (NOT REFUNDS).
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Travel Business Landlord operates.
By purchasing the Travel Business Landlord Travel Conference Package to Canada, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
